FRESCO MARKETING, WELLS FARGO, THE HISPANIC CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, AND THE HISPANIC COLLABORATIVE PARTNER TO EMPOWER HISPANIC-OWNED BUSINESSES IN THE KANSAS CITY METRO AREA THROUGH SMALL BUSINESS GRANTS

For the second consecutive year, the Folklore Grant program will uplift and support small Hispanic-owned businesses in Kansas City’s vibrant Hispanic community.


(KANSAS CITY) April 4, 2024 – Fresco Marketing the leading full-service multicultural marketing agency in Kansas City in collaboration with Wells Fargo, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and the Hispanic Collaborative, proudly announces the recipients of the Folklore small business grants, benefiting Latino-owned businesses in the Kansas City Metro. 


This community-driven initiative awards a total of $100,000 to 10 deserving businesses in the metro area, providing each recipient with a $10,000 grant. The partnership demonstrates the unwavering dedication of these organizations to fostering the growth and prosperity of the Latino community in the metro. Additionally, this year, the grant's reach was expanded to benefit five businesses in the Northeast area of Kansas City, Missouri, and five businesses in the neighborhoods of Kansas City, Kansas.

Folklore is a new and refreshing yearly event during Hispanic Heritage Month that brings together artists, entrepreneurs, organizations, business owners, young professionals, and the community at large to recognize and celebrate the Latino community's influence and accomplishments in Kansas City.


Fresco Marketing, Wells Fargo, and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce have partnered to take this celebration a step further and create a greater impact within the community through the Folklore Grant Program for a second consecutive year awarding 10 $10,000 grants to Latino-owned businesses.
